WOW!! That was SO MUCH FUN!!! On Wednesday evening we invited a bunch of friends from our favorite blogs, mags, newspapers, etc. for a special sneak peek at our upcoming line at Target. Our fantastic guests have done such an amazing job sharing their experiences that we encourage you to check them out for yourself (Here's Victoria at sfgirlbybay, and our co-hosts Anthology, and the lovely ladies at Refinery 29, and our new friend Anne at The City Sage, just to name a few...)
We simply wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended, and all the amazing people whose hard work made such an unforgettable and remarkable evening possible:
-Anthology. One of our favorite magazines ever, created be some of the smartest, coolest, most amazing women around. It's always a pleasure to be associated with this fantastic publication.
-Amy Zaroff and her events team created an evening that was above and beyond our wildest expectations. Every little detail (and there were A LOT of them) was so thoughtfully and elegantly executed that it felt like a second wedding to us!
-Blair Warsham of graffEats created the most insanely delicious and imaginative food we've ever had at a party (and we've partied with the best of them...)! Corn succotash! Lobster rolls! BBQ pork sliders! Peach bruscheta! Mini fruit pies! S'mores! Cookies and bourbon milk! + More! Unreal!!!
-The Stable Cafe is our favorite cafe in the Mission with its delicious food and drink and unbeatable atmosphere. We would live there if they'd let us! Their staff was utterly charming and attentive and made sure everyone had either food or drink in hand at all times.
-Gaucho. We can't believe Gaucho was there! The best gypsy jazz band EVER! Go see them every Wednesday night at Amnesia! Buy their new cd!
-It seemed like every available surface was graced with a gorgeous and unique arrangement from Lila B. We're surprised no fights broke out over who got to take home the bouquets. Luckily there were plenty to go around!
-People got crazy with the always fun Glass Coat Photo Booth. You can check out some of the pictures over on Anthology's Facebook page. HI-larious!!
-DIY Queen Kelly Malone of Workshop and her awesome team created tons of ridiculously amazing signage and decor for the event.
Last but certainly not least...None of this would have been possible were it not for all of our new friends at Target. So fun, so nice, so professional, so smart and talented.
We feel very lucky and honored and blessed to know everyone who came. Thanks so much to all of you!!!
In the meantime, if you're interested in tagging along on the rest of our Target Adventure, we'll be posting about it here, and sharing lots of pretty pictures on our Instagram account (curiosity_shoppe).
