Something Orange

So exciting! We have a couple new photographers joining us this week for our "orange" round-up! Thanks to everyone who sent in a photo this week. Work has been so busy for us recently that we haven't been finding time to be creative, and these weekly assignments help motivate us to do at least one creative thing each week. It's not much, but it's something! Next week's assignment is: Take a picture that's in black and white. The Letter A

I love our weekly photo assignments! It's so fun to see the different variations come in on our themes. Next week's assignment is: Take a picture of some clouds in the sky. We haven't seen much in the way of blue skies in SF this summer, so this might force us to take a field trip out of the city in search of sun and fluffy clouds! I'm excited! Photo assignments are back!

Remember the fun weekly photo assignments we used to have here on Smarts & Crafts? Well after a 6 month hiatus, we are ready to start snapping away once more! Beginning next week, we'll start posting our photos (and yours, if you're game to contribute) based on a weekly theme. Rather than digging through our digital archives to find images to fit the theme, we'd love to have this be an opportunity for all of us to take new photos based on the assignment.

Next week's assignment is: Take a picture of your left hand.

We will post the images on Friday mornings, so please email your jpgs to smartsandcrafts[at]gmail[dot]com by Thursday night at the latest. This will be fun!
